7 Ways to Resist This Week

Between the Pride March and the Tony Awards it’s going to be tough this weekend to find time to binge Orange Is the New Black’s fifth season, but the 72 hours of a prison riot that will play out over the course of 13 episodes in response to Poussey’s (Samira Wiley) murder at the hands of a guard promise to offer some of the most electrifying moments of the series since it premiered in 2013. Netflix has kept the individual plotlines under wraps, but in addition to the uprising, it looks as though viewers can look forward to some of their favorite couples, including Piper and Alex and Morello and Nicky, resisting together. So clear your schedules, you’ve got bingeing to do!
