The Mike Pence line from the debate that Twitter was snickering about gets the late-night treatment.
Usually it takes a full day before late night TV gets the chance to make fun of a vice presidential debate. But Stephen Colbert went live on Tuesday night and reminded the world that Mike Pence is that same guy who wanted to let businesses turn away LGBT people.
That topic didn't come up during the debate. But Colbert found the Pence quote that everyone is giggling about -- "I try and spend a little time on my knees every day" -- and took it from there.
