A lesbian from Manchester, N.H., has accused a Londonderry restaurant of workplace discrimination, saying management did nothing or reprimanded her when she complained about sexual harassment by other workers. Bonnie Usher filed a complaint with the state's human rights commission against the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, accusing management of discriminating against her because she is a lesbian. Cracker Barrel spokesman Jim Taylor said the company wasn't aware of all of Usher's complaints but that the company disputes the accusations and will make its case to the commission. A state investigator concluded that Usher's claim has merit and that local management at the chain restaurant did not respond to her complaints. The commission hears the case Tuesday. (AP)
