Whether you're fully out in your life or fully closeted, you can come out in the pages of The Advocate's National Coming Out Day issue this October.

In 100-500 words, tell you about your life and your coming out. If you want your story to be considered for the print magazine, you also need to be willing to send us a high-resolution photo of yourself.

What does coming out in your life and in The Advocate mean to you? How has coming out shaped or changed your life, or how do you hope it will affect you?

Send your story to survey@advocate.com. You must include your full name, a telephone number where you can be contacted, and your age and hometown. You must be willing to provide a digital photo via e-mail.
