The California congresswoman again calls out the Treasury secretary on his pathetic excuses.
Last time U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters questioned Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, she coined the now-famous phrase "reclaiming my time." Now she beat the Trump adminstration in round two -- harshly chastising Mnuchin and his boss this week for failing to enact congressionally mandated sanctions against Russia for meddling in the 2016 election.

Trump's Treasury Department has failed to meet the deadline on Russian sanctions, which overwhelmingly passed in Congress with support by both parties. The law was made to protect America from Russian interference in future elections, like the November midterm.
When Mnuchin ducked responsibility by saying Trump delegated the sanctions to the State Department, Waters pressed, "This is your excuse for not having implemented the law?"
Through her questioning, Waters made abundantly clear that Trump once again gave Russia a pass: "The final conclusion is nothing has been done." When Mnuchin disputed that, Waters said, "What. Have. You. Done?" Mnuchin's response: It's classified so I can't tell you.
