"San Francisco is the vibrant city we know of today because of the contributions of immigrants — especially queer immigrants," San Francisco Pride said in a statement supporting drag artist Hilary Rivers.
The viral journalist criticized the White House's use of "Defying Gravity" and "holding space" to celebrate ICE deportations.
"Don't mistake my being gay as weak because I grew up in southeast D.C. and I will kick some ass," the comedian tells The Advocate of the attack.
