Couple Opens Up for K-Y

Geoffrey and Rusty are KY’s Couple of the Week xLRG (ad) | ADVOCATE.COM

One gay couple shared their story with K-Y Brand, and ended up in a national magazine.

Geoffrey and Rusty were chosen as America's Top Couple and are featured in an advertisement in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly. The title comes courtesy of K-Y's CouplesPlace page on Facebook, where couples entered a contest, telling K-Y about why their level of trust, intimacy, and communication makes them America's Top Couple.

Rusty and Geoffrey won a trip to New York City and a photoshoot, which will be used in the advertisement.

@ backdoorbetty. What a sad thing to say. Are you one of those sadistic sad old queens? Not everyone is blessed with the beauty of what society and the gay community seem to think is acceptable. It is only skin deep. The heart and the soul of any person is what matters in the long run. Beauty goes, the heart remains. Grow up! The gift given to all of us is that there is someone for each of us out there. Go find yours? Pity him of one so shallow.

These guys have about as much sex appeal as drowned rattlesnakes. What the H*LL has happened to the gay world? It used to be filled with beautiful men.

I wasn't aware there were any gay men left in the world that still used K.Y. but then again I suppose in smaller towns and rural areas it might be the only alternative. It's awesome they were included in the advertising, it's nice to see some gay representation that isn't sensationalisitc in nature for a change.
