The Jodie Foster-directed film The Beaver, starring her and Mel Gibson, may be gearing up for a spring release, and a trailer of the movie is now making the rounds online.
The future of the film, which centers on a depressed man who finds solace in a beaver puppet, was in doubt after Gibson was caught verbally abusing his ex-wife and spouting racist epithets (he was previously caught espousing anti-Semitic and homophobic views as well). The Hollywood Reporter says Summit Entertainment is now gearing up for a spring release on the movie.
