A new pool cue endorsed by Sopranos actor Joseph Gannascoli and branded with the title "A Cue to Die For" is no longer on the market, according to the company distributing the cues.

The decision by Oregon-based Rockwell Billards to withdraw the product comes on the heels of a strongly worded condemnation by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation criticizing the company for marketing the cues. On The Sopranos, Gannascoli played a mobster who was sodomized and beaten to death with a pool cue because he was discovered to be gay. (The Advocate)
