Cast members of The Real World and Road Rules are known for raising eyebrows with their after-hours sexual activity and alcohol-fueled stunts, and the latest installment of The Real World/Road Rules Challenge is no exception.

On last week's episode of The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat II, Vinny stripped down to a G-string for an afternoon of tanning ... and let 26-year-old gay competitor Ryan rub him down with oil while other members of the cast looked on.

It's the second time in two episodes a male cast member has stripped for a dare.
