Randy Rainbow Will Save the Day By Binging This Is Us

Randy Rainbow

The satirist sings to the tune of a song from Hercules about being a hero from the couch in order to flatten the curve.

Satirist Randy Rainbow is a balm and a voice of reason in this moment. With humor and common sense he takes on the importance of social distancing in his latest parody song, this one to a tune from Hercules.

He begins by doing a faux interview with Mike Pence who he dubs the "dance captain of the Coronavirus task force."

"Give us your assessment of where we are right now with the coronavirus, which Donald Trump has recently started calling the 'Hillary flu' or in medical terminology, Obamatitis Nancyuspelosis, or COVFEFE-19," Rainbow says before donning his PJs, and an American flag, and launching into song.

"I will save the human race by lying on my couch. I will crush the curve. I will social distance. I'll be here to serve while I'm watching Disney Plus," he sings.

"There are lives to save. So. I must be brave. I'll defeat the enemy by binging This Is Us."

Ultimately, Rainbow advises, "Suck it up and stay the f*ck inside."
