Activists and actors shared memories of the victims of the AIDS crisis at the premiere of 5B.

The documentary 5B premiered June 7 to kick off LA Pride.
The film centers around the nurses and caretakers of Ward 5B, showing the heroic acts these individuals did at San Francisco General Hospital in 1983.
Celebrities and activists showed up for the red-carpet event in West Hollywood, sharing memories of loved ones who were lost to the AIDS crisis.
Alison Moed, one of the nurses from Ward 5B, was in attendance, alongside other actors and activists like Halle Berry, Javier Munoz, and Phill Wilson, the founder of the Black AIDS Institute.
