       The Chaka Khan
            Foundation will be holding its "One Classic
            Night" dinner       and performance on Wednesday,
            February 7, at the Malibu [Calif.]       Performing Arts
            Center at 6 p.m. 
       The event will
            raise money for programs that support at-risk women and
            children and keep youth in school and on the right path. The
            benefit will       also provide education and assistance to
            families dealing with autism.
