Drag Star Does National Anthem

And the home of the brave, indeed. San Francisco's Donna Sachet made history last week when she became the first drag performer to sing the national anthem at a Major League Baseball game.

Sachet sang at the September 29 home game of the San Francisco Giants. A community activist, Sachet also serves on the board for Equality California and the International Court Council of the Imperial Court System.

The Giants won the game, 8-4, against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
