Rosie O'Donnell is now a grandma.

The lesbian comedian posted a series of photographs Wednesday announcing the birth of Skylar Rose.

Skylar Rose is the child of O'Donnell's 21-year-old daughter, Chelsea, and her boyfriend, Jake Bourassa.

"My daughter chels - jake - and skylar rose my first grandchild !!! #love #life #NANA," O'Donnell tweeted.

Chelsea made headlines in 2015, after O'Donnell reported her missing. In fact, she had run away from home. The pair were estranged for a time before reuniting in 2016.
