Record crowds came out to celebrate the LGBTIA+ community in Providence for Rhode Island Pride June 14-16. The RI PrideFest took place along the Providence river and hosted a vendor marketplace with over 260 business, organizations and community resources. The Hasbro Kid's Zone had games, entertainment and activities for youth all day long while the main stage rocked it to rave reviews of local and national entertainment that kept the crowds going to the start of New England's Only Illuminated Night Parade at dusk. The illuminated night parade energized the streets of downtown Providence with its dazzling floats, vehicles, and marching groups.
