       The multiplatinum-selling band Skunk Anansie has broken up in order that its members can pursue other options. Bisexual band member Skin is at work on a solo album, as is fellow band member Ace. Skins album is due for release in early 2002. Skunk Anansie formed in 1994 and released three albums: Paranoid & Sunburnt (1995), Stoosh (1996), and Post Orgasmic Chill (1999).
