NCIS star Pauley Perrette turned heads Wednesday night at the People's Choice Awards when she donned a simple white dress with a powerful statement. 

Perrette's NoH8 dress was designed in a collaboration with her favorite designer, Terri King. 

"It's kind of like wearing my heart on my sleeve, but I'm wearing it on my dress," she told reporters at the awards show.
