Los Angeles was among cities on Monday that honored Presidents' Day with "Not My President's Day" rallies. Participants shunned Donald Trump, who lost the popular vote and whose agenda they say doesn't represent them. Trump has targeted immigrants and Muslims in his first month in office. The Southern Poverty Law Center tracks an outbreak of hate crimes against minorities, including numerous bomb threats against Jewish gathering places.
