Lily Tomlin to
Perform and Be Honored at the Stand Up for the Animals
Event in Los Angeles

Comedian Lily Tomlin will help host the 6th Annual "Stand Up for the Animals" comedy night and auction event on March 5 at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles, California. The evening will include a Silent Auction and an awards ceremony to honor individuals who have made a significant contribution to the welfare of animals in Los Angeles. Proceeds from the event will benefit Voice for the Animals Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to support the well-being of animals and people. Comedians Carol Leifer, Orny Adams and Peter Berman will join Lily Tomlin in providing the comic entertainment for the event. Tomlin will also be honored with an award during the ceremony for her animal advocacy work.
