Emma Thompson is calling on Hollywood to create more roles for older women. While at the premiere for her new film, The Children Act, the Oscar-winning British actress said older women still need more opportunities on the big screen, Reuters reports. She talked about her role, saying, "I'd never seen a story about a female judge, and I think in our patriarchal world, when you hear the word 'judge,' you automatically think, Oh, it's a man." She went on to say, "Men don't have any problem with that. It's something that hasn't yet properly changed."
