CocoRosie added
to Madonna tribute album

The Paris-based duo CocoRosie have confirmed that they will cover the song "Papa Don't Preach" for a Madonna tribute album slated to be released in November. Through the Wilderness is a tribute to the pop icon's lengthy career. Other contributing artists include VietNam, Golden Animals, Apollo Heights, and the Chapin Sisters.

Twenty-five percent of the profits will go to Raising Malawi's orphan care center. (The Advocate)
