The front man of disbanded group Savage Garden was arrested for an alleged "racial attack" in London on July 22. A waiter at a Thai restaurant claims Darren Hayes verbally abused him, according to The Sydney Morning Herald. The musician was released on bail after voluntarily going to a police station. Specifics on the incident were not released.

Staff at Busaba Eathai restaurant reported the incident the following day. Hayes's case is pending until September 21, according to a Scotland Yard spokesman. (The Advocate)
