Alan Cumming: Move Your Money From Goldman Sachs
Alan Cumming talked to New York Magazine in advance of his upcoming run at Feinstein's in Manhattan about making it in the city on $35K a year, his favorite meds, and moving all of his money out of Goldman Sachs.
"I moved what was left of my money away from Goldman Sachs," he says in the mag's Daily Intel column. "Go to MoveYourMoney.info and do the same."
A group of friends looking to limit the power of big banks and help stabilize the economy launched Move Your Money earlier this year.
Yesterday Cumming expanded on his thoughts in a Huffington Post column called "Why I Moved My Money." He says a couple hours after his New York Magazine interview went live, he received an e-mail from Goldman Sachs reminding him of how much money the firm had made him over the years.
