Thailand's KA Lip Care Is on to Something with Gay-Themed Commercial

KA Lip Care

Now, this is how to sell lip balm!

Forget about female models touting full lips. A lip balm company based in Thailand has discovered a surefire way to sell lip balm that apparently appeals to gay boys and the fangirls who love them.

A new commercial for KA Lip Care begins with one schoolboy asking another if he made his sister cry. It turns out the sister did cry, but from being spurned by a boy with a crush on her brother.

The commercial leaps rather awkwardly from admitting a same-sex crush to whipping out the lip balm, but it's still delicious fun.
