GetEqual, the direct action group behind White House protests on "don't ask, don't tell" and congressional office sit-ins, last week launched a campaign against the Democratic National Committee titled "We'll Give When We GetEqual," criticizing the lack of movement on LGBT legislation this year.

DNC officials took notice. In an e-mail posted by GetEqual in a new video, DNC vice chair Raymond Buckley condemned a recent missive by the organization about the campaign.

"Did Karl Rove right [sic] this letter for you?" Buckley wrote. "It is sickening and thankfully not working. I am raising more LGBT dollars this year than ever before?"
