Chaz Bono spoke with David Letterman and the host expressed discomfort when the discussion turned to gender reassignment surgery.

Becoming Chaz, a documentary about Bono's transition, premiered Wednesday on OWN. TV Squad reports that Letterman asked him, "Are we done, surgically?"

"He must have been hoping for a 'yes' answer. Instead, Bono started talking about the current medical limitations of the 'bottom surgery,'" reports TV Squad. "As he talked about penis size options and sensitivity, Letterman was visibly squirming and uncomfortable."
