On a conference call last week with religious leaders, GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney said President Obama is blazing a trail toward marriage equality and that, as president, he'll fight against same-sex marriage tooth and nail.

"There's been an assault on marriage," Romney says. "I would, unlike this president, defend the Defense of Marriage Act." He then vows to push for a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage. Watch the video below.
