12 Pan Icons to Celebrate Pansexual Visibility Day
Happy Pansexual Visibility Day!
Today — May 24 — we celebrate our pan siblings. Pansexuality is usually defined as a sexual attraction to people with no connection or correlation to their gender. It’s a term that more and more people feel comfortable identifying with.
But there’s still a lot of stigma against pansexual people. A majority of youth who identify as pansexual say they've been discriminated against due to their sexual orientation (69 percent), the Trevor Project previously reported.
The organization even has a guide called "How to Support Bisexual Youth: Ways to Care for Bisexual, Pansexual, Fluid, and Queer Youth Who are Attracted to More than One Gender."
In support of the pan people out there, we wanted to highlight some of the most iconic pansexuals.
