Actress and comedienne Roseanne Barr sent a racist tweet last month that resulted in her ABC sitcom being canceled; ABC has since announced that show will return without her. Now the controversial public figure has uploaded a video to her personal YouTube page in an attempt to explain her tweet -- in the clip Roseanne screams that she thought Valerie Jarrett was white, all while calling Jarrett a "bitch."
