David Narramore, a Republican party official in Kentucky, is accused of exposing himself in a men's restroom and then resisting arrest.
David Narramore resigned as chairman of the Letcher County Republican Party in Kentucky after being accused of exposing himself in a Tennessee department store, resisting arrest, fighting police officers, and being taken down by a stun gun Saturday night.
Narramore now faces indecent exposure charges for the alleged incident, which the dentist denies. A man accused Narramore of rubbing his foot while they were utilizing nearby urinals; Narramore is then accused of exposing his genitals to the man.
Things got even stranger after Narramore was brought into an office and police were called -- Narramore "passively resisted arrest," according to local reports, moved away from the officers, and then began fighting with them. A taser reportedly brought Narramore to heel.
"Dr. Narramore is clearly going through some personal issues," Kentucky Republican Party communications director Tres Watson told the Lexington Herald-Leader. "We wish him well as he attempts to deal with [his] personal struggles."
