Milwaukee residents of every gender, sexuality, and religion paid respects to the Orlando victims and their families with a moment of silence on Sunday, the last day of PrideFest, and a city-sponsored memorial Monday in front of City Hall. Mayor Tom Barrett spoke under the giant rainbow flag draping the front entrance of City Hall, and a memorial area was set up under the arches of the entryway. Thanks to the folks at PrideFest Milwaukee for these images as well those at the Milwaukee Independent and photographer Lee Matz.
