Uncomfortable, wistfully beautiful, and vitally important, the exhibit 'Art AIDS America' deals with the subjects we shy away from: sex, politics, and religion "This exhibition underscores how powerfully a plague that is still with us has changed us,” says Jonathan D. Katz, cocurator of the exhibit, opening October 3 at the Tacoma Art Museum.
