Leslie Jordan has once again reminded us why he rules social media, this time with his re-creation of Timothee Chalamet's eye-catching Oscars red carpet look.
Chalamet made a splash this year before the awards show by arriving in a chic, gender-nonconforming ensemble. He wore high-waisted black pants paired with an embroidered lace jacket from the Louis Vuitton womens's wear range, and nothing underneath.
Inspired by Chalamet's daring take on red carpet chic, Jordan posted his interpretation of the torso-baring style.
"Who wore it better?" he captioned the photo of himself, also in a pair of black pants and an open jacket, side by side with a photo of Chalamet. As always, he added his brand of self-effacing humor, writing, "It's not attractive on me so I'll leave this look to @tchalamet."
The internet, however, didn't exactly agree, letting the Call Me Kat star know that there was plenty of thirst to go around. "Leslie Jordan, you are the cutest damn thing I ever saw!!" wrote one commenter.
Even actor Octavia Spencer weighed in on the fashion debate. "You Leslie, it's always you no matter what!" she commented. And Katie Couric threw some praise Jordan's way, as well. "Stop being modest LJ. You are [fire]," the famed journalist wrote.
No word yet from the Chalamet camp on who they felt wore it better.
