Jessica Biel to
star in gay-themed Adam Sandler film

Jessica Biel will star opposite Adam Sandler and Kevin James in I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry for Universal Pictures, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The film, which is being produced by Sandler's Happy Madison production shingle along with Shady Acres, is the story of two firefighters (Sandler and James) who pretend to be a gay couple in order to qualify for their department's domestic-partner benefits. Biel will play the attorney who represents the pair and then becomes romantically involved with Sandler. The film will begin production on August 31 and will be directed by Dennis Dugan (The Benchwarmers, Big Daddy). (The Advocate)
