Scissor Sisters will set out on December 31 to ring in the New Year five times in an international collaboration with other groups. A massive event slated with the Black Eyed Peas, Nelly Furtado, and others to be announced will perform in Berlin, Hong Kong, Mumbaai, New York City, and Rio de Janeiero.
