Expletives and alcohol laced the GQ Men of the Year event Tuesday night at London's Royal Opera House as Sir Elton John and pop singer Lily Allen attempted to host the annual extravaganza. Twenty-three-year-old Allen drowned herself in champagne as GQ award nominees could only sit and stare, reports the New York Daily News.

"Now we reach a very special point in the evening," John is reported as saying. "What, you are going to have another drink?"

"F*** off, Elton," Allen replied, "I'm 40 years younger than you, I have my whole life ahead of me."

In front of the iconic crowd, where Gordon Ramsay and Elle Macpherson sat among Led Zeppelin, the 61-year-old John simply replied, "I could still snort you under the table."

To which Allen, in her full-length ball gown, responded: "F*** off. I don't know what you are talking about."

Allen later interrupted the announcement of 82-year-old Tony Bennett's Inspiration Award by telling the audience, "I'll still f*** him." She also took the opportunity to announce the heretofore secret engagement of her actor brother, Alfie Allen, to actress Jaime Winstone. (The Advocate)
