There are a lot of awards up for grabs at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, and LGBTQ+ artists have a great chance of winning.
Deadline reports that the nomination list features a record number of first-timers. Ice Spice and boygenius are also among the LGBTQ+ artists on the list.
