unveils AIDS awareness license plate

Pennsylvania residents interested in promoting HIV awareness can now order a special license plate for their vehicles that features a red AIDS awareness ribbon. The license plate was developed through a collaboration between the Williamsport, Pa.-based AIDS Resource Alliance and PennDOT.
