In a revised divorce suit, former New Jersey governor James McGreevey is seeking sole custody of his 5-year-old daughter, Jacqueline, as well as child support. Newsday reports that it has yet to be released how much child support he will ask for. According to the article, Dina Matos McGreevey has 35 days to respond to the revised filing.

The governor confessed in November 2004 to having an affair with a male aide, Golan Cipel, who he appointed to the state's department of homeland security.

Dina Matos McGreevey will release a book titled The Silent Partner this May addressing her side of his coming-out. (The Advocate)
