Bad Boy Entertainment's hip-hop princess Babs Bunny will host Queer Black Cinema's QBC Visions Pride Benefit 2007. This event will help launch New York City's Pride Week with a sneak peek at Christopher Street--America's newest gay teen TV series--and performances from notable LGBT artists. Scheduled to appear are Homorevolution Tour's Shorty Roc, Siya, Tangarae, Jesse O, and Steph, the Sapphic Songstress. Proceeds will help fund Queer Black Cinema's first international film festival as well as HIV/AIDS prevention efforts during Pride.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 17. The event will take place at Luke & Leroy's (formerly Crazy Nannies), 21 7th Ave. South, New York City. Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door. To purchase tickets or for more information, visit the Queer Black Cinema Web site.
