The Trevor Project's Cracked Xmas event -- held December 2 in Los Angeles -- raised more than $463,000 for Trevor's around-the-clock suicide prevention help line for gay and questioning youth.
The money was raised by corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, and live and silent auctions. The amount set a record for Cracked Xmas, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. Cracked Xmas was packed with performers and celebrities, including Jodie Foster, who presented an award to the Trevor Foundation's founders, James Lecesne, Peggy Rajski, and the late Randy Stone.
