The One in Ten Screenplay Contest, a competition dedicated to the positive portrayal of gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangender, and queer individuals in film, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2008.

The One in Ten Screenplay Contest, a competition dedicated to the positive portrayal of gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangender, and queer individuals in film, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2008. The competition is the largest LGBT screenwriting contest in the world.

Entries are now being accepted online and are limited to the first 300 submissions. The contest deadline is September 1.

Prizes include cash, industry exposure, and merchandise.

Entry forms are available online through the contest website, www.OneInTenScreenplayContest.com.
