In her song "7 Things," Miley Cyrus sings to an ex-boyfriend of the "seven things I hate about you" -- and at a concert stop in Kentucky the other night, she changed the words "your games" to "you're gay."

The original lyrics to the song are: "The seven things I hate about you, oh you... you're vain, your games, you're insecure, you love me, you like her, you make me laugh, you make me cry, I don't know which side to buy."

This is typically something Cyrus would have Twittered about, but in October she made headlines when she shut down her Twitter account.
