Obama Congratulates Annise Parker

The blog Burnt Orange Report has posted audio from a congratulatory voice mail President Barack Obama left for Houston mayor-elect Annise Parker after her win on Saturday. Houston is now the largest U.S. city to elect an openly gay mayor.
