Orman Has Emergency Surgery

Financial expert and CNBC host Suze Orman underwent an emergency appendectomy in Chicago Sunday, TV Newser reports.

"Suze went to Chicago to celebrate her birthday and didn't expect to leave her appendix behind," a CNBC spokesperson said. "Northwestern Hospital took great care of her. It was a great team of doctors and a successful surgery. She will be recuperating in Florida."
