LGBT employees of Facebook have filmed a video for the "It Gets Better" campaign, sharing their stories about coming out to their parents and children and the responses from their friends and family members. One employee named Peter shares the experience of coming out to his fraternity brothers. "Make baby steps," he says. "Find someone you trust and tell them how you feel. It helps to get the burden off and talk to that one person." The Facebook staffers also offer advice to straight people with gay family members.
