A Gubernatorial Pub Crawl 

Seeking to energize the LGBT vote for the Democrats, Pennsylvania governor Ed Rendell will head out to canvass Philadelphia gay bars Saturday evening.

Philadelphia Gay News reports that Rendell will visit city LGBT establishments beginning with Q Lounge at 10 p.m. The outgoing two-term governor and former Philadelphia mayor has included a "pub crawl" in his previous campaigns.

Republican Tom Corbett and Democrat Dan Onorato are locked in a tight race to replace Rendell as governor, according to recent polls.
