Famed gay photographer David LaChapelle is suing pop star Rihanna, saying the hit-maker copied his images for her new "S&M" video.
LaChapelle claims Rihanna's video specifically swiped eight images from his candy-colored oeuvre; the "S&M" video features Rihanna cavorting around brightly colored set, and at one point leading Perez Hilton on a leash.
LaChapelle said Rihanna's video copied the "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting" of his work, according to Reuters. Rihanna's camp has not yet released a statement.
