 RuPaul's Drag Race winner James Ross, 23, was arrested Tuesday night for possession of marijuana.

According to police in Gwinnett County, Ga., Ross, better known as drag queen Tyra Sanchez, was a passenger in a Chevy Impala pulled over for having an illegal window tint. 

An officer claimed he could "smell an odor of raw marijuana" and, after finding less than an ounce of the drug, arrested both Ross and the driver for weed possession.
